Helmet Fitting Guide
It is recommended that the Player wear CSA and HECC certified helmets. All CSA and HECC certified helmets have a sticker indicating their approval. Open your helmet to its largest setting and position on the head so that the rim is 1/4 inch above the eyebrow.
